Another Re-Matt development! There is a large amount of wood which comes from the mattresses (specifically the box-springs) we recycle at Re-Matt. Box-springs are the same size as mattresses and typically consist of a sturdy wood frame, metal springs, and they are covered in cloth. As we accept both mattresses and box-springs at Re-Matt, we have a lot of wood sitting in our warehouse, waiting to be reused and given a second life.
Starting in the Spring 2015, Re-Matt will be selling Kindling Bundles for all your camping, bonfire, fire-pit or wood-burning oven needs! These packs will be cut in 15" pieces of clean (rot/bug free) wood. We will be selling these recycled bundles just in time for camping season, available for pick-up at our warehouse.
